About this Site

The Building Markets site (Business Portal) is part of the Peace Dividend Marketplace Haiti (PDM-H) project, which is operated by Peace Dividend Trust (PDT), a non-profit organization dedicated to making peace and humanitarian operations more effective, efficient and equitable.

The overarching goal of the Business Portal is to help create jobs and inspire long-term economic growth and stability in Haiti by facilitating and increasing access to locally available goods and services.

The Portal contains a business directory with comprehensive profiles of verified local companies searchable by sector and location; a tender directory where suppliers can gain access to new business opportunities; relevant research on the Haitian marketplace; and other important information on PDT’s services in Haiti.
